API Hydraulic Casing Cutter

When cutting the multilayer nonconcentric casing, the hydraulic cutter (tube cutter) can withstand severe vibration.
Due to the unique structure of the cutter, cutter arm stout outreach to five times the diameter of the body to get off a variety of adverse conditions (including the hard spots, eccentric, not continuous cutting, etc.) under the maximum stability. E.g. 13 3/8 casing cutter diameter is only 11 3/4, and the weight of the pipe cutting all ranges over 60.
